Shipping & Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In
the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received
it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible.  Please send an email to ello@weprintupress.com within 48 hours so we can also file a claim on our end.

Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.

We do our absolute best to ship all orders out within 5-7
business days (current turnaround time will be listed on banner of website).
Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day.  Day 1 of production is the business day after you place your order.  If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday.  Shipping transit is in addition to the production time.
 Please plan accordingly.

If you have orders with different types of items, they
may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays.
Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is
not counted.

Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON.

EXCEPTION: Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a wrongly printed item, contact us immediately, within 2 days of receipt of the item, so that we are able to remedy the matter.

14-day Return Window

Returns will be accepted for 14 days, starting on the delivery date that the product is received. Prints of Peace Designs will be responsible for return shipping with the same carrier used to send the product, if we sent the wrong item to you, the customer. There is no restocking fee.

Example: You, the customer, received the item on Monday, May 5, 2025, it must be received by Prints of Peace by Monday, May 19, 2025.

Prints of Peace Designs LLC is NOT responsible for items damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping facility for a resolution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We will NOT send a new item until the purchased one is returned, once the return is accepted and received, we will send the new item.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and send the correct item in 2 days.
