14-Day Size Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Prints of Peace.
If you need a different size, we gladly accept size exchanges on eligible standard merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, makeup, perfume, stains, pet hair, or damage may not be accepted.
Because many of our products are created especially for you, custom, personalized, embroidered, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange for the requested size, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another size, store credit, or another available option.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a wrongly printed item, contact us immediately, within 3 days of receipt of the item, so that we are able to remedy the matter. The same if you receive a damaged, or defective item. We may request photos of the item before providing a resolution.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
We do our absolute best to ship all orders out within 5-7 business days (current turnaround time will be listed on banner of website).
Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. Day 1 of production is the business day after you place your order. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Shipping transit is in addition to the production time.
Please plan accordingly.
If you have orders with different types of items, they may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.
To request an exchange:
Contact us and return within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@printsofpeacedesigns.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
14-Day Exchange Window
Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
Size exchange requests will be accepted for 14 days, starting on the delivery date that the product is received.
Example: You, the customer, received the item on Monday, May 5, 2025, it must be received by Prints of Peace by Monday, May 19, 2025.
Shipping Damage
Prints of Peace carefully packages and inspect all orders before shipment. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging, shipping label, and damaged item. Please keep all original packaging, as the shipping carrier may require it when processing a claim.
We will gladly assist you with the information needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related damage is subject to the carrier’s claim approval and is not guaranteed by Prints of Peace.
If the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged before shipment due to an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We will NOT send a new item until the purchased one is returned, once the return is accepted and received, we will send the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and send the correct item in 2 days.
