DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. In
the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received
it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible. Please send an email to ello@weprintupress.com within 48 hours so we can also file a claim on our end.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
We do our absolute best to ship all orders out within 5-7
business days (current turnaround time will be listed on banner of website).
Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. Day 1 of production is the business day after you place your order. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Shipping transit is in addition to the production time.
Please plan accordingly.
If you have orders with different types of items, they
may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays.
Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is
not counted.
Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept
returns at this time unless items are defective or damaged.
A 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed and
without body odor or fragrance.
If 30 days has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
