How It Works

1. Choose Your Package
Select the number of polos your team needs.

2. Choose Your Polo Color
Available in Navy Blue, Black, Yellow, White or Grey.

3. Send Us Your Logo & Sizes
Upload your logo and provide your size breakdown.

Example:
2 Small, 4 Medium, 3 Large, 2 XL and 1 2XL.

4. We Prepare Your Embroidery
New logos are converted into an embroidery-ready file. We will confirm your embroidery layout before production.

5. We Stitch Your Order
Once approved, your polos are professionally embroidered and prepared for shipping or pickup.

Logo Digitizing

New logos may require a one-time digitizing fee to prepare the artwork for embroidery.

Digitizing is waived on qualifying orders of 24 or more polos.

Once your logo has been digitized by Stitch N Peace, you generally will not need to pay another digitizing fee when reordering the same unchanged logo.

Sizing & Additional Charges

Standard package pricing applies to standard sizes.

2XL and larger sizes may require an additional charge.

Additional charges may also apply for:

  • Employee names
  • Additional embroidery locations
  • Sleeve embroidery
  • Back embroidery
  • Specialty thread
  • Large or highly detailed logos

We welcome larger corporate, church, ministry and organization orders.

Shipping & Returns


Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Shipping transit time is additional.

Eligible standard merchandise may be exchanged for another size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Custom, personalized, embroidered, and special-order items are final sale.

If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges

To request an exchange:
Contact us and return within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@printsofpeacedesigns.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

14-day Return Window

Exchange request will be accepted for 14 days, starting on the delivery date that the product is received. 

Example: You, the customer, received the item on Monday, May 5, 2025, it must be received by Prints of Peace by Monday, May 19, 2025.
